FEMALE BOSS SACKED FOR PISSING ON HER DESK

THE female boss of an organic produce company had a wee on her desk to protest at management decisions.

The incident happened when Beatrice Ams, who is the head of the supervisory board and the biggest shareholder of of the firm, turned up in her top-of-the-range Porsche to have an argument with fellow directors over the direction the company was taking.

The row escalated and resulted in Beatrice starting to smash up the office, before climbing on several tables and PISSING on them, according to reports.

Shocked employees, who were unsure what to do, eventually restrained her to prevent further damage, then and called the police.

They confirmed the incident at KTG Agrar SE’s headquarters in a business park in the town of Oranienburg, in Brandenburg, Germany.

An investigation is currently being carried out into the actions of 45-year-old.

The company is an agricultural business overseeing farmland for both conventional and organic food crops.

It was reported that the damages added up to £1,620 and included the cost of two laptops and a cleaning bill.

The reason for the row seems have been that KTG – which had several hundred employees and as well as managing farmland for organic and traditional farming RELIEVED: Beatrice Ams practices also operates biogas plants – had gone into administration.

It has apparently accumulated debts of £354.5million, and according to German newspaper Frankfurter Allgemeine, an interest payment of £16million for a loan could no longer be honoured.

Beatrice Ams is believed to be the common-law wife of the company founder Siegfried Hofreiter.

It is also thought that she has been relieved of her duties.
