A MARKS and Spencer boss who flashed his private parts to colleagues for “banter” has been spared jail.

Nigel Farrow, 51, used a series of excuses to show off his penis and testicles while “having a laugh” with workmates.

A court heard how over a period of around 16 years, the Health and Safety officer flashed his penis on eight separate occasions to six different women.

But Farrow insisted that he was not a “sexual predator” and that his behaviour was just “workplace banter taken to grossly inappropriate levels”. He has since lost his job at M&S.
