‘SEX KILLER’ BRIT’S HORROR VIDEO
HONG KONG BANKER’S CHILLING VIDEO
A HONG Kong jury has watched chilling video footage of a Brit banker allegedly torturing an Indonesian woman he’s accused of murdering.
The footage also appears to show Rurik Jutting then talking for hours about how he repeatedly raped the woman and then killed her without feeling any guilt or emotion.
The video was shown on the second day of Jutting’s trial for the murders of Sumarti Ningsih, 23, and Seneng Mujiasih, 26, whose bodies were found in his apartment near the city’s red light district in 2014.
Jurors were played about 20 minutes of video in which Jutting apparently tortures Ms Sumarti. The media and public could not view the footage, but heard the audio.
At one point, 31-year-old Jutting can be heard saying: “If you scream I will punish you. Understand?”
This is followed by the sound of smacking and slapping, and later the sound of a woman whimpering. He then tells her not to cry.
Later, both jurors and the public gallery were shown hours of iPhone video in which Jutting, wearing no clothes, delivers an extended rambling monologue to the camera.
He says: “My name is Rurik Jutting. About five minutes ago I just killed, murdered, this woman here.
Brutalised
“She died here alone. She died after being tortured and raped and just mentally brutalised. Threats of death and mutilation. I have never seen anyone so scared.
“She would voluntarily eat faeces out of the toilet and then smile. That is how scared she was.
“She just did anything.”
His video diary was played to his trial at Hong Kong’s High Court, where he denies murdering two Indonesian prostitutes.
The privately educated Cambridge graduate said: “This is not the actions of a sane person. These are the actions of someone who really should not be in society.”
In one video he admitted he felt ‘horny’ and ‘hungry’ hours after killing the vice girl and turned the iPhone camera on the shower in his flat where his naked victim could be seen slumped in a pool of blood.
The defendant also says on the video he has “always had dark fantasies” involving rape, torture and murder.
Moments later he holds up his hand, which can be seen shaking, and says: “It’s Monday night. I’ve held her captive since early Saturday, I’ve raped her repeatedly, I tortured her…tortured her badly.”
He rambles on to the camera in several video clips, talking about taking cocaine and using prostitutes, both in Hong Kong and the Philippines.
After making a reference to the film The Wolf of Wall Street, he said: “How the f**k does a single man with no dependants spend more than one million dollars in two years? The answer is drugs and prostitutes.”
Jutting, who worked for Bank of America-Merrill Lynch in structured equity finance and trading, said he had earned more than one million dollars over the previous two years but had spent most of it on drugs and prostitutes.
He watched the court proceedings from behind a glass screen dock, showing no expression.
Jutting also allegedly confessed how one of his fantasies was to kidnap teens from the Wycombe Abbey Girls School in Buckinghamshire.
He said: “They would be say 15-years-old and I would DRUGS AND HOOKERS: Rurik Jutting denies murder basically turn these three girls into my sex slaves, it would be good to psychologically play them off against each other.”
Ms Sumarti had been in Hong Kong earlier as a foreign maid but had returned on a tourist visa.
Ms Seneng was officially on a foreign domestic worker visa but was working in a bar when she met Jutting.
Both women went to his apartment after Jutting offered them money for sex.
Prosecutors said he killed both women by slitting their throats.
Snorting
Jutting has pleaded not guilty to murder, with prosecutors rejecting his attempt to plead guilty to the lesser charge of manslaughter.
If convicted, he faces life in prison.
At one point in the video, he holds up a small plastic bag apparently containing cocaine and a rolled up Hong Kong 10 dollar bill.
He is seen snorting the drug several times in the videos, which were filmed over six days.
The last clip shown was apparently filmed after he killed Ms Seneng.
