ACTRESS Eva Green has been awarded the title for the hottest ever movie debut.

The 36-year-old came out on top in the online poll thanks to her raunchy sex scenes in 2003 movie The Dreamers.

In the film, Eva can’t seem to keep her clothes on and she strips off numerous times as well as engaging in an orgy, lesbian licking and a threesome.

But her onscreen antics helped her bag the number one spot as voters couldn’t see past the Bond babe’s X-rated scenes. Since her debut, Eva has bagged rude roles in epic historical blockbuster, 300: Rise of an Empire and plays the lead in dark TV series Penny Dreadful.
