DRUNK MILKMAN 4 TIMES OVER LIMIT ON HIS FLOAT!

Milkman FOUR TIMES over the drink drive limit on round

-

A MILKMAN who was caught driving his float while FOUR TIMES over the legal drink drive limit has been banned from the roads for more than two years.

Graham Lock was busy making deliveries in his 15mph vehicle when he crashed into two parked cars at 4am.

Witnesses called 999 and officers arrived at the scene in Broxbourne, Herts, to find the 50-year-old milkman trying to drive off from the scene.

Bailed

Lock was caught by officers with the help of a member of the public, and a roadside breath test on December 6 last year showed 137 micrograms of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath.

He was arrested on suspicion of drink driving and was bailed until a hearing at St Albans Magistrates’ Court on December 9.

Lock was arrested on suspicion of drink driving again after being caught on his float on December 8.

He admitted drink driving in relation to the first offence and police revealed this week he remains on bail over the December 8 incident, and could face further charges of drink driving.

Lock had admitted drink driving and had been banned from the roads for two-and-a-half years at St Albans Magistrates’ Court earlier this month.

He was also handed a community order and told to pay £270 in fines and court costs.

Lock remains on police bail for the second drink driving offence and is due to report to cops on February 9, where a decision will be made whether to charge him.
