Jailed perv is struck off

STRUCK OFF: Christopher Foley A CHIROPRACTOR has been struck off for molesting his patients and secretly filming them getting changed.

Christopher Foley was jailed last year after pleading guilty three days into his trial.

The 67-year-old, from Cornwall, was caught on his own camera he set up in his surgery in Tunbridge Wells, Kent.

One of the women he was filming noticed the camera’s flashing red light and realised she was being recorded.

The offences involved 14 women over three years and 17 clips were found on his camera.

He admitted five offences of sexual assault and 11 of voyeurism.

Foley also admitted possessing 51 extreme pornographic film clips showing adults engaged in sex acts with animals.

The General Chiropractic Council yesterday announced it has erased his registration – meaning he can no longer practise as a chiropractor.

A spokesman said: “The GCC’s professional conduct committee felt that removal from the register was the only appropriate and proportionate sanction following the conviction.”

He was jailed for four years and six months and a sexual harm prevention order was made.

Foley’s name will also appear on the Sex Offenders’ Register indefinitely.

It is a criminal offence for anyone to describe themselves as a chiropractor unless GCC registered.
