POP star Katy Perry had a dig at Britney Spears’ infamous meltdown when she was quizzed on the Grammy’s red carpet.

Katy, 32, recently took time out from her music career and when asked why she needed a break, Katy fired off an insult referencing Britney’s head- shave breakdown.

Britney shaved off her hair in 2007 in public at the height of her mental health issues.

At the Grammy’s, Katy was asked why she took a break .

She said: “I was taking care of my mental health.”

Asked how she was doing, she replied with: “Fantastic, I haven ’t shaved my head yet.”
