Cops in Wyclef blunder

DATE AID: Dannii FORMER Fugees star Wyclef Jean says that he was handcuffed by cops a case of mistaken identity.

The Grammy award-winning musician ( posted the incident on Twitter, along with a video of him being held by two officers next to a police car in Los Angeles.

Jean, 47, wrote: “Another case of mistaken identity. Black man with a red bandana robbed a gas station as I was in the studio working…but I’m in handcuffs?”

An LAPD spokesman later said Jean’s clothing and vehicle matched the description of a suspect in an earlier armed robbery.
