PREMIER League WAG Tanya Bardsley says the key to a happy marriage is having a daily BONK.

The 35-year-old former glamour girl said she and footballer hubby Phil, who plays for Stoke City, make time to do the deed every single day.

Mum-of-four Tanya confessed that their daily shagging ritual not only keeps Phil, 31, happy, but it also gives them both more energy.

She said: “I think the secret is, look after your man, or another woman will!

“That’s my top tip! And I mean every day.

“We have sex every single day – it gives you more energy and keeps you close.”

Tanya, who also stars in ITVBe’s tied the knot with Phil in 2014.
