SEX FORUM How to eat your way to better sex (and get five-a-day!)

-

FORGET your five-a-day, folks, because food boffins have found certain foods can boost your HARD-ON and make you last longer in the sack.

A new study has discovered that blokes following a Mediterranean diet can go harder for longer.

Researchers at the University of Mississippi reckon that chowing down on a diet high in fruit, veg, whole grains, olive oil and fish will protect your penis.

Blood vessels in the Johnson can easily get blocked by plaque caused by a number of factors – including poor diet – but experts think that following a Mediterranean diet can solve this problem.

Blocked cock vessels make erections nearly impossible and can even lead to death.

But as well as having health bonuses it will also affect your schlong.

An Italian study made 35 blokes with erectile dysfunction follow the diet and after two years, a third of them had regained ‘ normal’ penis performance.

Although scientists aren’t exactly sure why this diet spells great news for your manhood, they reckon it’s because a Mediterranean diet provides plenty of nutrients.

The diet contains tons of fibre and antioxidants which promote healthy blood flow – meaning easier erections when there’s a twinge in your pants.

Scoffing lots of monounsaturated fats (found in fish, avocados, nuts and oil) also helps keep testosterone levels high.

So why not rustle up an Italian style feast in the kitchen before enjoying a night of shagging on your next date?

Midweek Sport stunna Tanya Thompson reckons it’s a great idea, and told us: “I absolutely love Italian food – and I also love a bit of cock!

“Putting the two together is a match made in heaven, and if the food makes my fella last longer it’s even better!

“Which woman doesn’t want to be wined and dined with nice food?

“I reckon all men should follow this and maybe women will be left a lot more satisfied.

“Cook me a meal then f**k me all night long and I’ll be putty in their hands – I’ll definitely come back for seconds, anyway!”
