Rocker’s fury over bad clap!

BRIT rocker Peter Frampton stormed off stage...because the audience applauded at the wrong time!

The 70s star (below) was in the middle of a guitar solo when a cameraman filming the Minnesota gig for the big screens behind the 67-year-old panned to a young girl in the audience.

When she held up a copy of one of Frampton’s albums, the crowd cheered and clapped – but he reacted angrily by heading for the cameraman and trying to wrestle the man’s equipment from him.

The veteran rocker demanded to know who his director was and asked why he would film that moment during his solo, before striding off stage for 10 minutes.

As shocked fans waited, Frampton came back on to play his final three songs – but only after the screens had been turned off. BATHS kill more people than terrorists
