IT’S long been assumed that blokes want the most sex but now the tables have turned and it’s WOMEN who are gagging for it.

According to a new survey, almost 60 per cent of women say they want a good shag more often than their partner.

Research conducted by Voucher Codes Pro was part of an ongoing study into British relationships – and it seems that women are now the hornier sex.

They questioned 2,383 Brits aged 18 and over who were in long-term relationships about their sex lives.

Around 59 per cent of women asked said they wanted more bonks than they were currently getting in their relationship.

In contrast, only 41 per cent of blokes said they needed to be shagging more, signifying a change in bedroom habits.

But it seems those who weren’t happy about getting enough action don’t bring it up with their partners as only 21 per cent of couples said they argue about not having enough nookie.

Another 34 per cent said that a huge problem between the sheets was a “lack of adventurousness”.

Other reasons for the shagging shortage included a lazy partner, which 32 per cent of people claimed they were with, while another 20 per cent cited different likes and dislikes in the bedroom as a problem.

Participants in the survey asked what they missed most about the beginning of their relationship, with 36 per cent saying “spontaneity”.

More than 30 per cent of lovers said they missed the “honeymoon phase” because they “argued a lot less” than they do now.

Swiss journalist and sex book author Michele Binswanger said: “Today’s women have higher expectations about their sex life than 40 years ago. They want to experiment and are generally more independent. They’ve started looking for excitement.”
