Man spied on 1,000s of women in station toilets

-

LOO RAID: One of the hidden cameras JAILED: Moorhouse also lost his job A TOP executive has been jailed after he admitted secretly filming thousands of women in toilets at a shopping centre and two train stations.

Benjamin Moorhouse was sentenced to 20 months in prison for recording women on the toilet for ‘sexual gratification’.

The 40-year-old married father-of-two was fired from his job as a senior manager for a global property management company as a result.

When he was arrested, he told police: “I filmed thousands. If people knew, they would be disgusted.”

Moorhouse placed cameras in toilets at train stations he used travelling from his home to work in North Sydney, Australia.

He was finally caught when a man spotted a hidden camera stuck to a sink.

A police spokesman said: “Police seized the recording device and located a small micro storage card attached to the motherboard of the device.

“Police viewed the video files on this micro storage card that revealed a total of 29 members of the public being filmed engaging in a private act.

“These recordings show members of the public using the toilet.”

A second hidden camera was found by cleaning staff in a unisex toilet.

It showed 96 people using the toilet.

Moorhouse was snared when police matched his use of a travel card with the incidents and then discovered records of him purchasing the recording equipment in his bank accounts.
