The reality star has transformed her body since she found love with personal trainer Ryan Libbey, 27, and it seems her priorities have shifted as well.

Louise, 27, is so obsessed with fitness that she reckons the rush she feels after a workout in the gym is way better than any she gets in the bedroom.

She even said the ridiculously fit couple would rather go to the gym than have a steamy shagging session.

Brunette beauty Louise said: “The adrenaline is probably the best feeling ever – probably even better than sex.

“Maybe Ryan’s not doing a very good job! We both now prioritise exercise over sex.”

The posh reality star has previously dated co-stars Andy Jordan, Spencer Matthews, Alik Alfus and Jamie Laing.

And despite their sex drought, Louise insists her relationship with current beau Ryan is her best yet.
