Shear delight!

MY neck is much better now, after the waterslide incident! I’ve been having physio on it and it’s 10 times better, so I’m back to my best.

You’ve all missed me on television this week – I’m so sorry!

I was working on Monday night and, because I’ve been on holiday from my column, I couldn’t let you all know but I’ll be back to normal next week.

I’ve been enjoying myself on cam for the past couple of weeks, playing with you all on there.

I’ve also done an amateur shoot with Caprice from Bluebird films this week.

Afterwards we bumped into Fatboy Slim, who couldn’t believe his eyes! LOVE Island couple Jess Shears and Dom Lever announced their engagement this week.

They have lots in common, look good together, and they are clearly making the most of their five minutes of fame as well.

Fair play to them, they need to grab as much as they can while they can.

They stayed relevant with the Muggy Mike drama and now Dom’s put a ring on it, it’ll be the wedding next – but they’ll string it out.

They weren’t ever a big couple on the show, being the first ones out, so they’ll be counting their lucky stars they’re earning out of it now.

Montana has boxed clever since coming out of the villa – she’s nabbed a job as an MTV news presenter and is doing huge things with Pretty Little Thing.

Lauren Pope did the same when she quit TOWIE a few years back.

I know she’s back on the show now but she’s a very successful business woman thanks to her Hair Rehab brand.

To be successful from these reality shows, you have to create your own brand or do something unique.

If you don’t do that, you’ll be forgotten about as quickly as you rose to fame. LOVED-UP: Dom and Jess I’VE watched bits of this year’s X Factor but I’m determined to catch up on the episodes I’ve missed.

There’s one girl, Taliah Dalorto, that I love!

She’s only 19 but she reminds me of Amy Winehouse – and what a talent she was.

I think there will be some good ones this year and quite a few of them could make something of themselves.
