WHO BARED ALL FOR THE HEF

-

PUBLISHING powerhouse Hugh Hefner died last week but thanks to his iconic magazine we’ve ogled tons of naked celebs.

He passed away at his Playboy Mansion in LA aged 91 having brought joy to millions.

Since he founded the magazine in 1953, Hugh saw its stock rise rapidly thanks to its regular naked celebs and is now published in 22 countries. BACK in December 2004, Denise, 46, was still dating Charlie Sheen and got her kit off for the world when she posed for – despite having given birth just five months previously.

He’s long been the envy of most red-blooded males and once said: “A lot of people would kill to have my life and I understand that. I am a kid who dreamed impossible dreams. “I am the luckiest guy on the planet and I know it.” MOVIE icon Marilyn, then 36, graced the first ever in December 1953. The legendary pin-up girl bared all 22 times for 13 countries’ version of the famous magazine. EXACTLY 60 years after Marilyn Monroe appeared on the cover of the first Hef landed supermodel Kate, 43, for their anniversary edition. She celebrated her own 40th birthday by flaunting her nuddy figure for the mag. ANOTHER bunny who turned to the beach and went on to star in Californian beauty Erika, 48, was named Miss July in 1989 before donning the red swimsuit later that year.

It’s hard to think of a better life than Hef’s – living in a luxury mansion surrounded by scantily-clad women and hand-picking famous faces who are more than willing to shed their clothes.

However, his legacy has now been passed down to his son, Cooper Hefner, who’s vowed to carry on the magazine.

In tribute to ‘the luckiest guy on the planet’, we’ve picked out the hottest celebrities who have bared every inch of their skin for Playboy over the years… BLONDE bombshell Pamela, 50, has been posing naked for for three decades and has been on more covers than any other woman. The ultimate babe, she claimed Hef had been the ‘most important person in her life’ after hearing of his death.
