TEACHER’S LESBIAN ROMPS WITH TEEN PUPIL

Jaclyn Truman, 30, is charged with lewd and lascivious acts on a minor between 12-16 years of age, while she was a substitute sign language teacher.

The victim told police that she and Truman were involved in a sexual relationship last year.

She told authorities that she and Truman had “sexual” contact five to ten times from March to May 2016 in a classroom at the school in Oviedo, Florida.

Truman recently worked as a sign language teacher at another school in Florida.

She resigned last Thursday and turned herself in to the Sheriff’s Office the same day. Officers say she CLASSROOM SEX: Truman and her victim is cooperating investigation.

Truman was booked in to a correctional facility on two counts of lewd acts on a minor. Her bail was set at £30,000.

Investigators said they are looking into the possibility that there may be other victims.

Truman started working for Seminole County Public Schools in 2005 as an instructional assistant.

In 2008, she became a teacher at Lyman High School, where she worked until 2013.

Two years ago, Truman returned to the district as a substitute teacher.

Michael Lawrence, spokesman for Seminole County Public Schools, said the school district performed a background check on her before hiring her as a full-time teacher.

He said Truman had a clean record and no reports of prior incidents. fully with the
