Manson slammed over gig gun stunt

ODDBALL rocker Marilyn Manson has been slammed for an onstage stunt in which he fired a fake assault rifle into the crowd at a gig in California – just hours after a shooting in Texas left 26 people dead.

Footage of the incident shows Manson being escorted onto the stage in a wheelchair – which he needs after being severely injured at a gig in September.

The 48-year-old then sung his

single while he pointed the fake rifle at the audience.

He’s defended the stunt as an “act of theatre”.
