Boffins from British Condoms quizzed 500 men and 500 women on every aspect of their sex lives.
Following the rise of social media, a whopping 70% of those asked admitted to having indulged in sexting while 14% confessed to getting intimate over webcams at least once.
Quite surprisingly, only 16% of people said they’d met up with someone from an online dating site.
But 14% of them revealed they’d shagged someone they’d met through the internet.
When asked when the last time they bonked was, a lucky 7% of them said they’d had sex that day.
And, proving that most Brits are active between the sheets, only 5% of folk said they hadn’t got frisky at all in the past 12 months. A huge 64% had confessed to having a one-night stand and more than 14% had tried a threesome.
Despite threeways being popular in the poll, less than 5% had taken things further and had an orgy. A LOT of people say we’re a nation of prudes but this survey shows that it’s just not true.

When it comes to self-loving, it seems Brits are still enjoying having an occasional solo sex session.
More than a quarter of those polled admitted to masturbating every day while just under 25% said they used sex toys to enhance their experience in the bedroom.
Frisky Brits were also getting sex on a regular basis with 8% of people confessing to bonking every week.
