A TEACHER who sucked off a 14-year-old student will NOT be banned from the classroom.

Dori Myers, 29, was sentenced to just 10 years’ probation despite admitting molesting the boy “on multiple occasions and in multiple locations”.

Myers also avoided losing her licence to teach.

Her lawyer, Andrew Stoll, said: “She still is a talented teacher and has those skills, and I don’t see any reason to destroy her ability to make a living and to contribute to society in a positive way.”

Myers was fired from her job at The New School for Leadership and the Arts in the Bronx, New York and must sign the sex offenders’ register after SCHOOL SUCKS: Where Myers taught admitting a criminal sex act. The teacher, who is married to a cop, was allowed to enter her guilty plea at court in a bid to avoid the glare of the media.

Prosecutors had wanted her to be jailed for two years, and to lose her teaching certificate.

But the judge who sentenced Myers said: “This would be a matter that any licensing agency will be able to consider, if they choose to do that, and of course any employer.” LET OFF: Myers gave lad a BJ but can carry on as a teacher

Myers was arrested on January 19 and at first denied wrongdoing.

She was caught after the boy, who is believed to have been one of her students, told a friend about the gobble.
