It’s Strictly ‘no’ to same-sex couples
bosses have no plans for same-sex couples to star on the show, despite a call for change.
The BBC has confirmed it’ll be sticking to the status quo when the show returns for its 16th series in September.
A spokesman said: “has chosen the traditional format of mixed-sex couples and at the moment has no plans for same-sex couples.”
Earlier this month, Robert ‘Judge’ Rinder ( 40, who took part in the 2016 series, said of the idea: “It would be great if it happens. Visibility really matters.”
