RAPE LIAR CAGED AFTER SEX IN PUBLIC LOO

WARNING: Skinner told teen ‘I can get you into trouble’ A MOTHER-OF-THREE has been jailed for falsely “crying rape” when a teenager refused to be her boyfriend – after the pair had sex in a public toilet.

Sophie Skinner, 25, was seen on CCTV hugging victim Damion Osborne, 18, in the street before their romp in the public loo outside a pub.

A court heard Skinner asked Mr Osborne to be her boyfriend after making “persistent demands” for sex.

But when he refused, she told him: “I can get you into trouble.” CCTV, she might have been believed and I would have served years in prison for a crime I did not commit

“This would have destroyed my life.”

He added: “I wanted justice and for the records to show she had lied.”

Judge Daniel Williams said: “After a commendably swift review of the evidence, the decision was made that Damion Osborne not be prosecuted.

“You ran over to him and hugged him and asked him if he wanted to have sex with you in the public toilet.

“The CCTV footage could not be clearer – you initiated sex with him and it was in the course of that you asked him if he wanted to be your partner.

“When he gave in to your persistent demand for sex, you told him you could get him into trouble.

“He thought you would tell his girlfriend.”

Unmarried Skinner, of Llanffoist, near Abergavenny, denied perverting the course of justice but was found guilty after a retrial.

She was jailed for 18 months.
