AN actress has appeared in court accused of biting another woman while they were on a train.

The 23-year-old visited Newbury racecourse with friends and was returning home when the fight broke out.

During the scrap, it has been alleged that Eliza Peereboom ( above), from Brighton, pulled the hair of Ciara Jones and her friend Nicole Deadfield and bit the leg of Gabriella Marabet.

Prosecutor Emily Lauchlan opened the case at Reading Crown Court saying: “Everyone involved had been making their way home from Newbury racecourse.

“The defendant was with a friend.”

Gabriella Marabet, a 25-year-old estate agent told the court: “I was tired after a long day of dancing and chatting and slept on the train ride.” A MAN wanked in front of two transgender women at a remote beauty spot and told them: “I would have f**ked you both.”

The friends were left disgusted and distressed by forklift driver Graham Beevers’s behaviour at Buckstones car park above Marsden Moor.

The 52-year-old denied pulling down his shorts and touching himself in front of the women.

He claimed he’d gone to the area to watch hang gliders, but was found guilty of exposure after a trial at Kirklees Magistrates’ Court.

Beevers now faces jail after the court heard he “demonstrated hostility” towards the women by laughing at them as he thought they looked “funny”.

Prosecutor Samuel Poniah said that the incident happened at the New Hey Road site in July last year.

The victims were described as friends having bonded over their transgender identities and love of cars.

They arrived at the beauty spot to have an afternoon picnic and take photographs.

A few hours later Beevers pulled up alongside their vehicle in his car, looking at both of them for a while. – it made me feel very uneasy.”

The victim said she didn’t get out of her car to challenge Beevers, of Halifax, because she wasn’t sure what his reaction would be.

She said: “I thought it best to stay in the safety of the car as hopefully he was going to go away.

“It was so disgusting, I kept turning my head away.”

Beevers then walked towards the women’s car, staring at them for a few minutes before saying: “Alright?”

The victim added: “He got into his car and I thought he was leaving. He got back out and this time he had no underwear on at all – not a thing on his bottom half.

“He sat on the fence again and proceeded to play with his penis.”

Then a small white van arrived at which point Beevers drove off.

The victim said: “As he left he pulled up, looked directly at me and said: ‘I would have f**ked you both’ and then drove off.

An all-options probation report, including custody, was ordered ahead of Beevers’s sentencing on October 24.
