Halle ‘sorry’ for interest in trans role

MILITANT trannies have forced Hollywood beauty Halle Berry to apologise after she spoke about her interest in playing a transgender man in an upcoming film.

The Oscar-winning star (above) said she had been preparing for the role before another project came up.

Berry had said she wanted to do a “deep dive” into “that world” and referred to the character as a woman.

It led to allegations of “misgendering” by touchy sorts, while others said any role involving a trans character should go to a trans actor.

Berry, 53, has now apologised and said she should not have been considered for the part.

She said: “I now understand I should not have considered this role and that the transgender community should undeniably have the opportunity to tell their own stories.”
