Cops hunting big belly river flasher

A POT-BELLIED pervert in a straw hat is being hunted by cops after he exposed himself in public.

Dyfed-Powys Police is investigating the bizarre incident at the well-known bathing area of the river at Hay-On-Wye, Powys, known locally as The Warren.

Police said the suspected flasher has been described as “lean, pale, not fat but with a big belly, and wearing a straw hat”.

He is thought to be between 40 and 45 years old.

A police spokesman for the area said: “It is likely many people visited the spot throughout the day.

“If you were there, saw anything suspicious, or the man’s description sounds familiar, please get in touch.”
