Driver ‘killed plumber with Transit van’

A DRIVER has appeared in court accused of mowing down a plumber during a mass brawl in a park.

Alfie Tullett, 32, allegedly killed Frankie Bulbrook after a violent disturbance erupted between two groups in Chislehurst, Kent, on the evening of Friday, July 24.

It is claimed that during the fight, Tullett deliberately drove a blue transit van over 34-year-old Mr Bulbrook ( above).

Emergency services called to the scene near found the victim fatally injured.

The cause of death was said to be chest and abdominal injuries consistent with being run over by a vehicle.

On July 30, Tullett was charged with murder and violent disorder.

He appeared in the dock at the Old Bailey yesterday.

Tullett, of East Malling, Kent, spoke to confirm his identity, giving his nationality as “white British”.

A plea hearing was set for October 23.
