A YOUNG woman PC is facing the sack after being accused of performing oral sex on a sergeant many times around their main police station.
WPC Jemma Dicks, 28, allegedly carried out the sex acts at “various locations and dates” with her married boss in their busy city centre police station over a 10-month fling.
Their affair came to light after burly Sgt Adam Reed, 40, was accused of taking sneak photographs of another woman officer’s feet with WPC Dicks in his office.
He was challenged about taking the secret snaps without consent – and later admitted having a “foot fetish”.
Both now face a disciplinary hearing with top brass for “discreditable conduct” for their sex games in Cardiff Central police station.
A former colleague said: “Everybody suspected something was going on – Adam lost a load of weight and even grew a trendy beard. He was infatuated with her.
“But it all went wrong and she lodged a complaint about him. That’s when it all came out what they’ve been up to in the station.”
It is big blow for WPC Dicks who followed in her dad’s footsteps to join the thin blue line.
When her father Mark Dicks, 53, died four years ago she asked if his old collar number –
PC 1115 – could be reallocated to her.
But now PC Dicks will face a disciplinary hearing at South Wales Police next week.
The charge reads: “It is alleged that on various dates between November 2017 and August 2018 WPC Dicks gave PS Adam Reed oral sex in various locations at Cardiff Central Police Station.”
Charges
Sgt Reed – who has since left the force – is also accused of three charges discreditable conduct, including when another woman officer was due to take a statement from WPC Dicks in his office.
The charge states said: “Whilst this officer was sitting in his office addressing that matter he used his mobile telephone to take a number of photographs of her feet.
“He did so covertly without her consent. He has since disclosed that he did so because he has a foot fetish.”
Reed is also accused having oral sex with WPC Dicks at the station and – during the middle of their affiar in May 2018 – of having sexual intercourse with another unamed serving PCSO while on duty.
