According to cops Leach, 35, was charged with domestic assault after she began arguing with her lover because he did not want to have it off with her.
She claimed she tasered him when she thought that he was going to throw his phone at her.
Police Officers turned up at America’s Best Value Inn in Nashville, Tennessee, and quizzed Ms Leach, who said that her lover Ron Joslin had argued with her.
She said that it all started because he did not want to have sex, then he raised his hand as if he was going to throw his mobile phone at her.
It was then, she stated, that she activated her taser but it did not touch him. He forced her onto a couch and held her down to take her phone and taser.
She said that he took both and fled.
Officers noted in their report that she had no injuries other than a broken fingernail.
Joslin, however, said that Leach argued with him about money that he owed her and she threatened to tase him if he didn’t give it to her.
He also said that she tasered him several times before he got her phone and taser away from her in self-defence.
The cops noted that Joslin had a cut on his upper lip and held his gut due to the tasing.
America’s Best Value Inn security footage showed Leach tasering Joslin several times then grabbing his things.
Having seen enough, the cops hauled her off to the downtown lock-up.
