Panties pervert stole laundry lorry
A PERVERT was so obsessed with sniffing women’s panties that he stole an entire LAUNDRY TRUCK crammed with unwashed smalls!
A court heard that Goh An Soon sneaked in a university laundry EIGHT TIMES over a period of six weeks to snaffle undergrads’ skimpy underwear.
He was only caught when he jumped into the cab of a truck used to collect linen and tried to drive it away.
He was stopped by university security guards and CCTV footage tied him to earlier trespassing incidents.
The lorry contained around 3,000 items of ladies’ underwear.
Goh, 20, is facing jail after pleading guilty to stealing the lingerie and trespassing.
Urge
Prosecutor Tan Pei Wei said Goh would go to the dormitory at King Edward VII Hall at the National University of Singapore whenever he felt an urge to look at the undergarments.
He would check washing machines at the dormitory’s laundry areas, or among the clothes hung to dry in the common corridor for lingerie left unattended.
The prosecutor added:
“He claimed that he would then take the undergarments to a private area to look at them up close, and that he left the undergarments behind in these rooms thereafter.”
At around 6pm on February 1 last year, an NUS hall staff member spotted Goh behaving suspiciously.
The employee alerted a campus security investigation officer, who found Goh behind the wheel of the truck attempting to drive it off the university grounds.
Goh will be sentenced next month.
