GIRL ATTACKED HER MATE WITH GIANT SEX TOY
A WOMAN rubbed her naked body against a man, telling him if he didn’t do what she wanted she would fabricate allegations about him, a court heard.
Natalie Lawry subjected her victim to a humiliating assault for around 40 minutes.
Bristol Crown Court was told she also scratched him and hit him in his groin with a sex toy as he asked her to stop 18 times.
Lawry, 41, of St Pauls, Bristol, pleaded guilty to asault and sexual assault in September last year.
Judge Mark Horton handed her 16 months’ prison, suspended for two years.
He told Lawry: “The clear desire was to manipulate him with your genitalia.”
Ordeal
Lawry was also made the subject of a 12-month community order involving 45 days’ rehabilitation.
She was told to sign the Sex Offenders Register for 10 years and pay a £156 victim surcharge.
Lawry declined to comment as she left court.
Prosecuting, Eshanul Oarith said that after his prolonged ordeal the man reported Lawry to police.
When interviewed, Lawry gave a prepared statement.
Defending, Emily Evans told the court: “She denied sexual assault.
“She accepted he asked her to stop. She didn’t believe he meant it.
“She didn’t believe he was not consenting. She thought he was playing hard to get.”
The court heard the complainant made an impact statement in which he stated he was shocked by Lawry’s behaviour.
He said she lost control but he had no idea how to stop her.
Miss Evans said: “She is extremely upset. It has been a salutary lesson for her.
“This is not behaviour she intends to repeat.”
She added: “There is a real prospect of rehabilitation.
“It was an isolated incident, an act of extreme desperation.”
