NEW MODEL EXTREME 4X4 MOTORHOME LAUNCHED
German company, Beer GmbH, has revealed its latest RoadXplorer motorhome. The six-berth coachbuilt is the result of over two years of development and construction.
The Beer company has been constructing exclusive living environments, including motorhomes and yachts, since 1981. Today, it specialises in bespoke, high-end kitchens. However, the latest project marks a return to its roots.
The 4x4, 350hp all-wheel-drive Mercedes-based motorhome is nearly four metres high and features an exterior crafted with weatherproof larch finished in a dark metallic coating.
The combination of larch and black steel creates a striking aesthetic, which is complemented by the aluminium used for windows, doors, tailgate, three-in-one tail lift, storage boxes and roof racks.
The interior features white glazed spruce and a floor made from CNC diamond pattern Himacs Solid Surface material. Himacs is not only perfect for underfloor heating, it is also easy to clean, robust and resistant to water, frost and UV light. The floor extends from the entrance area through the dining area to the washroom seamlessly in one piece.
The hot water comes from the electricity generated by the roof-mounted solar panels and is supplemented by an auxiliary hot water heater plus generator. There is also a small washing machine and sockets for cordless vacuum cleaners.
It also features a Starlink WiFi system to ensure reliable internet connectivity globally and Webasto underfloor and wall heating, as well as an advanced water filtration system.
