BE PREPARED

When working with cast whitemetal components, it is important to carry out a little preparation work. Indeed, how good your finished model looks will certainly depend on how thoroughly you carried out the preparation, and it may also affect how well it runs - and even whether the body fits onto the chassis correctly. The preparation is not difficult, so it is worth taking some time and care to make a good job of it. Where the fit of parts is concerned it may well save you hours later in the project.
