Larger parts can become warped, either during the manufacturing process or from being stored under a heavy weight. Don’t worry - straightening distortions is not a difficult task with a sink of hot water. Work on the principle that the thicker the plastic, the hotter the water needs to be, and the longer it will need to be submerged. Once the warmed plastic is flexible, flatten the pieces out and leave to cool. Whatever you do, be careful not to burn your hands!
