Copper wipers press against the wheel backs and transfer current to the five-pole motor. The ‘8750’ is beautifully smooth straight from the box, and the hefty brass flywheel ensures good performance and controllable slow-speed running. The sound of the model running over track joints is louder than the noise coming from the motor.
