Deal could secure future of the British Grand Prix Comprehensive motorsport insurance products to keep you on track;

Former British GT champions Marco Attard and Leo Machitski will return to Barwell Motorsport in this year’s Blancpain Endurance Cup, driving one of the team’s Lamborghini Huracan GT3S.

The duo will share the car with Italian Marco Mapelli, who has contested a variety of GT categories, and will be joined by Briton Tom KimberSmith for the Spa 24 Hours.

Attard, British GT champion in 2014, said: “This will be my fourth year with Barwell, but my first contesting a full European series and superb events like the Spa 24 Hours, so it’s a real step into the unknown.”

Machitski, who won British GT3 in 2006, added: “Obviously I’m very excited to be back driving for Barwell again, and am especially excited about our great driver line-up.”
