Alexander Albon has become the fifth British driver confirmed in GP3 this season. The 19-year-old competed in European Formula 3 last season, finishing seventh in the points. He will now drive for ART Grand Prix in GP3 alongside Mclaren protege Nyck de Vries and F3 rookie star Charles Leclerc. Jake Dennis, Jack Aitken, Matt Parry and Jake Hughes have already been announced… Jann Mardenborough will return to racing in Formula 3 this season. The Welshman will drive in the All-japan F3 series, along with a campaign in the country’s Super GT series… Six-time champion Jimmie Johnson drew level with Dale Earnhardt on the NASCAR all-time winners’ list on 76 after his latest victory in the Sprint Cup at Atlanta last weekend. Johnson took the lead with 40 laps to go after passing longtime leader Kevin Harvick during a round of pitstops. Harvick ended up sixth after a late caution made for an eventful end to the race, with Dale Earnhardt Jr claiming second and Kyle Busch completing the podium…
