Penfold returns

Historic race car preparation guru Iain Rowley has completed the rebuild on his rare Penfold for the Historic Formula Ford 2000 category. Rowley tested the car at Brands Hatch recently and now plans to take it to Kirkistown in Northern Ireland for this Saturday’s non-championship race, which is the first HFF2000 race of the season.
