Norris takes two wins on his Eurocup debut

Brit Lando Norris took two wins and a second on his Formula Renault 2.0 debut at Aragon last weekend.

He was second in the Eurocup opener as Max Defourny controlled the race. In race two, Norris got the jump and he doubled up in race three.

The Josef Kaufmann Racing driver now has a 13-point advantage over Defourny, with fellow Brit Harrison Scott third having taken two podiums.

“It has been a good weekend because only in race one could I have done better,” said Norris. “There’s a long way to go. We need to remain focused, beginning with the next race in Monaco.”

Norris’ Euro commitments meant he was unable to race in BRDC British Formula 3 at Brands Hatch last weekend.
