Having crashed heavily in Saturday morning practice he then spent most of the day in hospital in Oxford getting checked out before being cleared to race on Sunday after a further medical assessment in the morning. His reward for that? Electrical failure after just 11 laps. What else..? At least team-mate Felipe Nasr made the flag to give Sauber some form of result.
