F3 race canned

The cancelled BRDC British F3 race from Silverstone last month will not be rescheduled. The third race of the weekend was shelves after heavy rain flooded the circuit and made the track undriveable. MSVR was working to reschedule the lost round at one of the final two UK events, but will now strike it from the calendar and award zero points to all drivers.
