Stage Masters Challenge to feature a varied calendar during 2017

The HRCR has announced a nine-round calendar for its Stage Masters Challenge, ranging from single-venue airfield events to the Isle of Man and Killarney.

The season takes in three gravel rallies: the Mid Wales Stages in March, the Severn Valley Stages in June and the Wyedean Stages in November.

New to the calendar are the airfield-based events at Portreath in Cornwall in May and at Brawdy in West Wales in July. The schedule concludes with the Killarney Historic Rally in December.

A new Escort Cup has been added for Ford Escorts with eight-valve engines.
