Cannon gets loose

John Counsell has put the 1964 Cannon GT car up for sale having found that he is too tall to fit in to the sports-racing car. Although Mike Cannon built over 200 trials cars, only one GT racer was produced and it with an 1100cc Formula Junior engine. The car, which uses Lotus suspension, could run in the HSCC’S Guards Trophy and has been raced within the last decade.
