Frank Williams

Sir Frank Williams left hospital last week after recovering from pneumonia. Williams was taken ill during the Italian GP weekend in September and had been treated in Oxford’s John Radcliffe Hospital. His daughter Claire Williams said: “He’s now back home and he’s back at the factory. He contracted pneumonia after Monza and has been in hospital ever since. It has been a slow recovery, but I’m pleased to say he’s pretty much back to the old Frank we know and love.”
