Kelly’s Gp B Metro 6R4 gets a comeback

Donagh Kelly’s ex-tony Davies classic MG Metro 6R4 was back in action earlier this month.

The car, in Group B-spec complete with Belga livery, is part of Kelly’s car collection.

“We give it a run, it’s back to full Group B-spec,” said Kelly, who was testing the car. “It’s as much fun as I’ve had in a car in a long time. It’s got the three-litre injection [engine]. It’s unreal, some fun to drive. “We were on a road, we still have the luxury in Ireland to go to a few places for testing. It’s so much fun with 400bhp.”
