Blame it on Americans

After the massive fines the Americans dished out to British Petroleum after the Deepwater Horizon disaster, they then went for Deutsche Bank for a mortgage infringement, then VW with multi-billion pound fines for the diesel test fiasco causing WRC programme to be cancelled.

They all require punishment but not to the extent of bringing the companies to its knees.

Sebastien Ogier to M-sport? That would be a result.
