Morley to Oz

Reigning British Superkart Association Division 1 champion Liam Morley is having a pre-season test with a difference. In readiness for the opening UK event at Silverstone on March 26, he is jetting off to Australia to get in some track time in warmer conditions. “I am using a spare Anderson kart belonging to Scott Williams fitted with a 250cc Yamaha engine and running in the 250 National class,” he said. “The plan is to have a shakedown at the Winton Motor Raceway in Victoria on February 25 to get used to the kit before heading across to Phillip Island for an event on March 11.”
