No HSF karting

The Henry Surtees Foundation will not organise its popular karting event at Brooklands this year. The charity, which has raised £1.3 million to date, won’t run the challenge this year following the passing of John Surtees last March. Surtees’ daughter, Leonora, said in a letter to HSF supporters: “This has been a very difficult decision for us to make, but given the events of last year we need time to heal and recoup.”
