By leveraging the expertise of parent company Brunswick, Quicksilver has become a prolific producer of affordable leisure boats that even the novice can embrace. It uses reassuring hulls with modest angles and broad beams to improve stability at rest and to create extra inboard space.
This enables Quicksilver to incorporate several layout options for each hull, bringing every customer a model to match both their lifestyle and budget. The Activ range encompasses 23 models in 11 hull lengths, from the 455 Activ in either Open or Cabin format to the 875 Sundeck. There’s also an 855 Weekend model which does an impressive job as a crossover boat, but for those in pursuit of the four-season cruising and fishing ability of an SUV, Quicksilver’s Captur Pilothouse craft are even more keenly attuned to the task.
