The Carlisle and Finch Company made the world’s first carbon arc searchlight for the paddle steamers on the Ohio and Mississippi rivers. It claims another first with its NIGHTFINDER LED, thanks to its LED Infrared Night Vision Technology. It incorporates both invisible infrared LEDS as well as conventional visible LEDS, creating the option of a ‘covert’ beam invisible to the naked eye.
