The X70 is by some distance the most radical model Prestige has ever produced. It’s a boat designed with circulation in mind, with decks that are easy to move around and a layout that defies the norm for a 70ft flybridge cruiser.

Instead of having side decks on the main deck, a pair of staircases lead up from the cockpit to the flybridge where you’ll find raised side decks that gently ease down towards the foredeck.

The main deck is flat from the transom to the midships galley, with plenty of open space allowing guests to drift from beach club to dining table to saloon. And without sidedecks eating into the interior, the saloon can sprawl across the entirety of the beam. This has allowed Prestige to use 90% of the main deck for living space rather than 70% on a regular flybridge.

The effect is felt in the cockpit too, which is around 50% bigger than normal, and thanks to its modular configuration can be adjusted to suit individual customers’ needs, be that a pair of coffee tables, fixed seating, sunpads or a variety of alternatives.

There are three cabins on the lower deck including a master suite forward with private access via its own staircase, plus a wellproportioned crew cabin at the transom.

Maybe the biggest clue that Prestige is doing something different here is in the pricing strategy and the generous base specification, which includes IPS1200, airconditioning, a hydraulic bathing platform, hardtop, generator and more.
